E-commerce vs Affiliate Marketing

004_49What are the disadvantages and advantages of e-commerce and the idea of selling actual products over other Online Business Options?

Many marketers start an online business career as Affiliate Marketers (selling software and e-books that are downloadable via the Internet), as Internet Marketers (teaching other how to run an online business), as Speculators (buying low and selling high through eBay, Craigslist, Forex, etc), doing Online Surveys or other Services that can be rendered via the Internet (copyrighting, website or graphic design, driving traffic to websites using various methods, etc), and much more. Many of these online businesses actually require a lot of skills, long hours, dedication, and huge financial input whilst producing varying results. E-commerce or drop shipping (selling actual goods that are delivered via courier or postal services) has its own little obstacles, unless being properly planned, implemented and with the right partners to automate most processes.

The potential downsides to e-commerce that are resolved by Niche Blueprint:

  • You will be figuring out what to sell so you’re risking just a little bit of your time and energy on something that’s likely to succeed and only starting on something that has a decent chance for success,
  • Finding drop-ship suppliers (no one wants to deal with inventory and shipping issues),
  • Finding the right e-commerce store software so you can try these out quickly and cheaply,
  • Setting up the shopping cart, and
  • Getting traffic to the store through Search Engine Optimization (Pay per Click advertising an option later on).

004_64There is so much that’s great about it:

  • You control the price,
  • You don’t have to write a ‘sales page’,
  • It’s relatively easy to drive traffic with SEO (if you do the research correctly),
  • There is no Google quality score to ever worry about (if you choose to do PPC for traffic),
  • There’s no arguing with Google about whether you’re an affiliate and trying to do a bridge page,
  • You can make use of templates for the web site so you don’t have to design one from scratch,
  • You can easily outsource the operation of the store (assuming drop-shipping),
  • You can sell the site, it’s a ‘real business’ that has a bit more ‘security’ than traditional affiliate marketing arbitrage opportunities,
  • If you have the right software and training, you can set up a site in an hour and you can be testing a store with only a $10 investment (the domain name),
  • The list just goes on and on.

Some people are concerned about too many people purchasing Niche Blueprint and competition when setting up Online Businesses or E-buying sites.

bb_wrld_Imagine yourself walking into your friendly locality Wal-Mart or any additional super market. Wal-Mart might well sell 100,000 different physical products of course. Now multiply the Wal-Mart number of products by…hmmm…let’s say 1,000. You now have not scratched the surface of the products you can market with Niche Blueprint or an E-buying site. With E-buying here are so many products to market you cannot effectively cover them in 100 lifetimes. E-buying is very different from sorting owing to a finite number of potential Internet Marketing, Affiliate or ClickBank products…

Now, in addition to your Wal-Mart number, add to that every store everywhere you live with every product they sell (at typically much higher commission rates due to their overhead costs), then go to the next city or town down the road and do the same…and rinse and repeat. Perhaps you’ll start to see the reach of Niche Blueprint or E-buying and what it provides both you and the consumer markets that will open to you if you can market better than some of the Internet Marketing knuckleheads…

For Niche Blueprint, it would be very surprising if here are many scenarios everywhere people are attacking the same markets… the total market spectrum is just too huge.

002_13Here are the thoughts on the subject by a successful Internet Marketer and online e-Commerce shop-owner, who came from a successful corporate career in the USA (It is amazing how many successful Internet Marketers came from equally successful corporate careers – It however is always advisable to try an online business part-time before quitting a full-time job).

I make my living full time doing Internet Marketing. I truly believe that the reason I was able to walk away from Corporate America and a nice salary, while maintaining my high standard of living, is through diversification.

When doing Internet Marketing, I don’t rely on just PPC and Clickbank. I use lots of SEO, do lots of other affiliate marketing, and make nice money in Ecommerce. This way, if something happens in one market or one traffic source, I am covered. I have built a real business, not just a flash in the pan that can be taken away if Google gets cranky or the Clickbank publisher decides to go out of business, etc. The same is true for any dedicated career professional, who may think their job is secure while working for Big Business. Some had to learn the hard way during recent events.

p_008I think the danger of distraction, comes from every arbitrage, loophole, secret handshake, momentary blip, make money while I sleep, massacre, conquest, destroyer, blah blah blah….all kinds of mysterious secrets that make you rich! These are the distractions. To become successful, you must be able to distinguish REAL opportunities from sales hype, and never have all eggs in one basket.

If you buy lots of the REAL products that teach REAL methods, you can use all of them together. For example in Niche Blueprint, every single traffic generation product you ever bought, can be brought to bear. Every PPC, SEO, article marketing, Web 2.0, all the IM training, landing page design secrets etc. is completely transferable to another part of an online business.

So it’s all about diversification, buying real products that have REAL LONG TERM informational or other value, and then the SYNERGY of having them all work together. And, having a job at a Big Company or Bank, does not provide any security at all.

p_068Initially it is recommended that drop shipping should be done owing to FedEx or United Stated Postal Services (UPS) as it’s really very rare that here is any kind of issue. They are ordinarily responsible. After getting the basics together, you can always choose to use any additional shopping open-source system and drop-shipping company.

With the Niche Blueprint strategy, you don’t have to sell tons of goods to be profitable. During November 2008, one test store made about 50 sales for over $12000 in revenue or about $4000 in profit. It is not like you are shipping 100′s of orders all over the place. So it is not a hugely complex logistical exercise to make some really nice cash!

In Steven’s experience, the suppliers are all fantastic to work with and they have a vested interest in providing brilliant service or risk losing a major distributor of their goods. It should also be noted that owing to Dropship Blueprint, the Niche Blueprint customers will have the combined buying power of a major warehouse and suppliers are always ready to lend a hand with lost shipments, return issues, and even customer service. It is also simple for any Niche Blueprint member to post a notice at the official Niche Blueprint forum and to say people at Dropship Blueprint when a drop-shipper does not perform.

The additional fantastic thing about having an online store is that you are seriously earning income, even while you are away from the “office” or quick asleep at night, while most processes are handled electronically via automated systems. Your store is open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, including public holidays, and ‘hopefully’ you are never subjected to labour demands or strikes, overtime payments or any additional personnel issues. Furthermore you don’t have to slave away at the office, knock on people’s doors, or have to listen at a Boss. With mobile Internet, you can run your businesses from your boat if you want to.

Dropship Blueprint

dropshipblueprint-logoWhen the Niche Blueprint package was put together, it was realized that people would have to spend about $300 additional to get any kind of decent drop ship directory. The product developing partners felt that they just couldn’t do that to their customers, ask them to buy a course and tools, and then say…oh by the way…it also requires this $300 investment. Commission Blueprint customers know how much Tim and Steven have tried to avoid doing anything like that in Commission Blueprint.

So they decided to produce a better Drop Ship Directory for themselves and their customers. A secret facility was established in the South Pacific during the development of Niche Blueprint, hammering away at research and reaching out to 1,000′s of companies that drop ship to ensure a huge directory that will continually be maintained (it will be marketed separately from Niche Blueprint as well, but Niche Blueprint customers can be assured that they will get a lifetime membership of Dropship Blueprint. Many man hours have gone into Dropship Blueprint, but it is awesome.

Access to Dropship Blueprint is available after purchasing Niche Blueprint and includes a large list of wholesale drop shipping companies.

What does the public say about Niche Blueprint?

Ahead of schedule January 2009 – I want it now!

Ok, Steve,

As an original and monthly Commission Blueprint member, I want the Niche Blueprint right now! I don’t need to know anymore about it.  Based on what you have delivered and the support you have given in CB is all the proof I need that this will be the best thing since……well, time started. I know your history and track record and that speaks volumes. So just let me have the shopping cart link now so I can buy it right now! I can’t wait. I need it now! Anyone who doesn’t jump on this will regret it for the rest of their life.

BTW I don’t jump on every shiny new object launch. I know this will deliver way beyond the promises and that is why I want this.

Thanks,

(Name Removed)
Commission Blueprint Member

michael-joshuaMy First Sale On February 15th – For An $1100.00 Product!

Niche Blueprint has blown me away!! I registered my first site on January 28th and barely had products posted to the pages and by the side of came my first sale on February 15th – for an $1100.00 product!

I have learned so many tactics to drive my site into Google from Steve and everyone else at Niche Blueprint. Who knew that SEO tactics were so straightforward? Although I am still building my links using their strategies, I’m now spending less than 3 hours a week maintaining this store – This daylight I registered my second website and can’t wait to start loading it up with products this weekend. Niche e-buying is the way to go!

If you’re on the fence, jump off and order this product! You get not only the product FULL of instructions and hints, but the best customer service desk around!! By this time next year, I plot to spend more time playing with my grandson -thanks to Niche Blueprint! Thanks Steve, Tim and everyone for a life-changing product.

amy-huttonNothing Small Of Incredible… My Two Stores Are Already Making Sales

I joined Niche Blueprint because I was looking for a rinse and repeat way to quickly make storefronts that were destined to be successful from the start. Something that I could do over and over again.

The way Steve teaches keyword research and how to choose a niche is really different from anything I’ve done before. Nothing small of Incredible. I just follow the teaching and I can place up a store quickly that is nearly guaranteed to make sales. It’s really a winning formula. My two stores are already making sales, after being live just a month.

Steve and team really over-delivered when he showed us how to easily get one way backlinks. My first store already has 409 of them! And believe me, I didn’t work all that hard to get them! This is certainly a winning course that nobody should miss.

bob-vogesIf You’re At All Considering Buying This Product, Don’t Hesitate. It’s Really Planet Class

Niche Blueprint (NBP) has been everything I had hoped for and more. Within a week of getting the product, I had selected a niche. My store was live, ready to take orders, about two to three weeks later, and since then I have been executing the SEO plot to drive free traffic to my site. My site has been ranked in Google and is currently on the second page of Yahoo. By the side of the way, I’ve learned a whole bunch about keyword research, e-buying, and SEO. And best of all, it’s all been simple and painless.

And did I mention the forum? The Niche Blueprint forum is the best Internet Marketing forum I’ve ever had the privilege of participating in. If another NBP member doesn’t know the answer to a question, one of the moderators does, and if they don’t, then Steve or one of his team does. I have yet to see a question go unanswered for more than 24 hours, and most are answered much sooner than that.

Oh, and talk about over delivering: when some huge questions have come up that aren’t covered in the NBP equipment, and that the members can’t answer, Steve and his team have consistently responded by count new equipment to the course. And (can I say this?) they’ve provided a super SEO resource, completely free to NB members, that is the copy of paid services (I know, because I’m paying for at least one) that charge between $47 and $97 per month. And this was not announced during the launch.

If you’re at all considering buying this product, don’t hesitate. It’s really planet class.

matthew-betourneyThey Literally Have The Best Support I Have Ever Seen Anywhere, Period

So what are my thoughts about Niche Blueprint, just a month after becoming a member? Well, I can honestly say that it was well value the price, and then some! They literally have the best support I have ever seen anywhere, period (I have literally questioned them dozens of questions, and I have always received a fantastic response in very small time).

Also, their training equipment and Ecommerce Store Builder Software are top cut, and anyone can learn these simple, yet effective strategies. And did I mention that they really over deliver? They have already given their members 2 or 3 unadvertised bonus’s; and I’m not talking junk either; the bonus material provided was value it’s weight in gold, and was really a fantastic supplement to the Niche Blueprint.

And now for the best part: After just 2 or 3 weeks, my “Niche” Ecommerce Store, which I Easily made using the top cut software included within Niche Blueprint, is already ranked on the bottom of the first page of Google, and is still rising quick; I should be ranked even higher on the first page in just a couple more days or so, and eventually, I have no doubt that I will be in the top 5 for my Niche. This is all thanks to the proven and effective Market Research and SEO strategies taught to me from being a Niche Blueprint Member!
